Mr. Wagner is a founding partner with the Law Firm of Wagner & Finn. He is a 1977 graduate of the Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a 1983 graduate of the Dickinson School of Law. Mr. Wagner is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the United States Supreme Court, and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. He serves as an adjunct associate professor of Industrial Relations at the Saint Francis University Graduate School of Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management, where he has taught employment law, employment discrimination law, and workers’ compensation. Mr. Wagner is a Hearing Committee Chairman for the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. He is former member of the House of Delegates of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Currently, he is a member of the Workers’ Compensation and Employments Law Sections of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Mr. Wagner concentrates his practice in Employment and Workers’ Compensation Law.

Mr. Finn is a founding partner of WAGNER & FINN. He is a 1988 graduate of St. Francis University where he majored in Accounting. Mr. Finn is a 1991 graduate of the Dickinson School of Law where he was a member of the Woolsack Society and Appellate Moot Court Board. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and the United States Court of Appeal for the Third Circuit. Mr. Finn focuses his practice on Workers’ Compensation Law, Employment Law, Civil Litigation, Business and Real Estate Law. He has been on the Board of Directors for Blair County Big Brothers Big Sisters for over ten years and is a former President of the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Blair County. Mr. Finn is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Blair County Bar Association.
